This page will kind of give you a little information about us, our experience, and what we offer with our services.

 

   Downhome Karaoke was started in 1994 by Steve and Debby Randolph. They were the 3rd Karaoke system in the state of Minnesota. They have done gigs in Albert Lea, MN, Mankato, MN, Chaska, MN, Le Sueur, MN, St. Peter, MN, Belle Plaine, MN, Cleveland, MN and the surrounding areas.

   In 2001 Jake Randolph, Steve and Debby's oldest son, took over the system. Steve and Debby still help in many ways. Jake has done gigs in Kasota, MN, St. Peter, MN, Belle Plaine, MN, Cleveland, MN and Winter, WI Jake now lives in Ames, IA but still does karaoke and DJ in Minnesota and also in Wisconsin. At this time there are no shows in Iowa but watch the website calendar link!!

We service All of Iowa, Southen and Central Minnesota, South Western and Western Wisconsin, Western Illinois (weddings only), Eastern Nebraska (Lincoln, NE and East of there, weddings only), Northern Missouri (Kansas City and North of there, weddings only), and South Eastern South Dakota (weddings only).    All of our Karaoke CDs are legit. We do not burn CDs since it is illegal and it could cost an establishment it's liquor license.

   We offer a great sound show as well as a great lighting show. That is not something you see
with very many karaoke systems out there. This also allows us to give a DJ show along with doing karaoke and making everyone feel like they are part of a band or to urge them to get out and dance and keep the party going until the end of the night. We also offer a total band equipment system, from the speakers, amp to the microphones. We want to offer the BEST sound and show for your money!

   We have been doing this for over 12 years, we have the songs to back that up! We keep up to date. If we do not have it, we will try and get it. We know how to run our system and make it sound professional and look professional! If you look through our book and do not see a song you think should be there, email us by going to the contact us link and use one of the two emails and contact us with the request.

   So what we offer is a very professionally run system, with great sound equipment, a superb lighting show, well over 6,000 Karaoke songs NOT INCLUDING DUPLICATE OR VOCAL SONGS!!! We also offer DJ music for weddings, dances, and other special occasions. Also remember we offer over 12 years of experience!!!!
